Project Engagements

All software development work is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before any project begins. The SOW will specify scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, and ownership terms. These website terms do not constitute an engagement agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a completed engagement, all custom code and deliverables developed for you become your property. Wellstone Labs retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific tools in future projects.

No Warranty

This website is provided “as is.” Wellstone Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this site.

Project-specific warranties (workmanship, bug fixes, etc.) are defined in each SOW.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellstone Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or any project engagement. Our total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in the applicable SOW.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
